Payment Options

Dreffco accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Certified Check, and Money Orders. At this time we do not accept any orders outside of the US.

Using your credit card at Dreffco.com is completely safe.
When you use your credit card to shop with us, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology. This technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.

Sales Tax

Dreffco.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site that is shipped into the states of Washington and Florida.

Shipping

At this time, Dreffco ships merchandise to the US only. Most Fire Tables, Fire Pits and Gas Log sets are shipped LTL freight (freight truck). Smaller items will ship via USPS or UPS.

LTL freight is shipped “Curbside” with lift gate. The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. A delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company with you. No delivery will be made unless an appointment is set. Some deliveries require meeting the driver/truck at the end of a street or subdivision in situations where the truck cannot enter the area due to city ordinances, low level wires/trees or no turn-around access. Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, or address change are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight carrier when delivery is scheduled.

Liability for Concealed Damage

Customer is responsible for tractor trailer access. If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, non-access or the customer refuses the shipment; the customer will be responsible for shipping fees both ways.

Customer will be responsible for checking shipment for any damage prior to signing for shipment. If packaging looks damaged at all, even the slightest, customer is responsible for noting it on the freight bill prior to signing for it. This is the only way a “concealed damage” claim can be made. Failure to sign a delivery receipt as damaged and/or with missing parts removes Dreffco and the delivering carrier from any liability. Dreffco's policy is to replace parts free of charge whenever this situation occurs as long as the damage is noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Dreffco will not be held liable for any freight damage. Freight damaged items cannot be returned for any reason after signed for.

Return Policy

Your new fire pit has been custom built to your specific size, material, color and options choices and cannot be returned. If your item is defective in anyway please contact Dreffco within 7 days. Dreffco will, at its own desecration will send repair parts or a replacement at no-charge to you.

Canceling an Order

We want to make sure you’re happy with your decision. You can cancel your recently placed order as long as it has not been processed by us; no questions asked. Most orders are processed within 4 business hours of being placed. Orders are not considered canceled until you have received a cancellation email from us. Please check your order over carefully prior to placing it. There is no rush to place your order until you are sure about all of your choices. It is impossible to stop a shipment that already has been processed.

Back order Information

Occasionally, items may be back ordered by the manufacturer. We will make every effort to display this information on our website in real time. If your order has been placed we will notify you of the expected date and allow you to change your order to a different product or cancel it completely with no charges to you.

Warranty

Fire Glass Crystals - 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. Customers responsibility to return product for evaluation and either credit or replacement at the discretion of Dreffco LLC.

Gas Burners - 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. Customers responsibility to return product for evaluation and either credit or replacement at the discretion of Dreffco LLC.

Fire Pits - 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. Customers responsibility to return product for evaluation and either credit or replacement at the discretion of Dreffco LLC.
